Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the legislation applicable to distance selling, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.

How to proceed

Let us know your decision from the Contact page, then return the products in their original packaging within 14 days of this notice.

Hygiene products

For hygiene and health protection reasons, care products unsealed after delivery cannot be taken back or refunded.

Refund

The refund is made no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned products, using the same payment method as the order. Return costs are at your expense.

Damaged product or error

If your order arrives damaged or does not match your purchase, contact us from the Contact page with a photo: we will find a solution.
